Black Berlin Black
"Black Berlin Black" is the largest producing festival of political art from Black perspectives in Berlin: Through theater, literature, performance, fine arts, film, and panels, the social development of the city is reflected from the experiences of Black protagonists, artists, academics, and activists. Every two years, "Black Berlin Black" sets a new focus: It began with "Black Lux – Ein Heimatfest aus Schwarzen Perspektiven" (A Celebration from Black Perspectives) (2013) and "We are tomorrow" (2015); in 2025, the seventh edition will take place: "Festivity!"
