Performing Arts Guide

Since 2018 the Performing Arts Guide provides a current and comprehensive overview of Berlin's independent performing arts community. It presents structures and initiatives, festivals, get togethers and performance venues. In addition to the online platform, the guide also appears annually as an accompanying publication.

The Performing Arts Guide is part of the Berlin Performing Arts Program. If you would like to find out more about our work and our programs and events, you can subscribe to our newsletter. We endeavor to regularly update the contents and check them for completeness. If festivals, industry events or performance venues are missing from our website, we would be very appreciative if you let us know.

Anyone looking to connect with Berlin’s independent performing arts community has come to the right place: We are happy to answer your questions, get you in touch with others in the field, or organize a professional visit to Berlin's cultural landscape. Tubi Malcharzik and Catherine Launay look forward to your inquiries.

The Performing Arts Program – Performing Arts in Focus (PAP-PAFO) is supported by the State of Berlin – Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion from funds of the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRE) within the program "Strengthening the Innovation Potential in Culture III (INP III)".
