Tanztage Berlin
Tanztage Berlin has been presenting innovative and cross-genre works by Berlin artists in the fields of contemporary dance, choreography and performance since 1996. Produced by Sophiensæle since 2001, this platform is a unique opportunity for the city’s broadly defined emerging choreographers and performers. With its 35 editions, the festival has already proven many times what it stands for: artistic risk, experimental formats and visions that not only question conventional narratives about dance and choreography, but also the role of the body in the world.
