FAIRSTAGE Konferenz
FAIRSTAGE has offered an annual conference since 2022 focusing on diversity development and good working conditions in cooperation with a Berlin theater. The conferences open up a space for negotiation between politicians, the public and artistic practice: current structural changes are looked at and strategies for organizational development that is sensitive to diversity is discussed, along with political and economic challenges. The 2026 conference will look at equality from an intersectional perspective.
