DOCK 11 | DOCK ART
DOCK ART, the performance space at DOCK 11, is part of Berlin's diverse theater landscape. As a permanent venue, the theater hall with up to 99 seats exists since 1998, successfully presenting a weekly changing stage program for more than 20 years. Its program focuses on dance, but theater, film, performance, literature, visual arts and design are also being curated.
Festivals that exemplify the artistic profile of the theatre include the international dance film festival POOL, MASH Dance Berlin - a joint festival with Tanzhaus Machol Schalem in Jerusalem, b12, SoundDance and PLATAFORMA. Since 2020, DOCK ART has received concept funding from the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion.
