IKARUS-Spielzeit
In 2026, the IKARUS Prize celebrates its 25th anniversary. Since 2001, it has honored outstanding productions by Berlin theaters for young audiences. IKARUS recognizes works for children and young people that make a visit to the theater a special experience. The IKARUS stands for diversity, artistic courage, and distinctive creative voices. In the fall, all nominated productions are presented during the IKARUS season, culminating in the public awards ceremony on November 13, 2026 at ATZE Musiktheater.
