Monologfestival
Monologfestival at TD Berlin has been held biennially since 2007. For each edition, it co-produces up to ten new solo theater pieces centered on a socially and politically relevant theme. The new monologue productions and performances come together during the festival to form a multifaceted exploration of these themes. At the same time, the artists and collectives, with their diverse aesthetic styles, explore the full range of the monologue genre. Monologfestival presents autonomous individual statements that, without set design, are ideally suited for subsequent touring.
